Welcome to Risk Community, a carefully moderated, invitation-only, online platform where risk professionals from diverse authorities, sectors, and nations share expertise and best practices. From regulators to civil society advocates or emergency responders to corporate risk managers — encompassing top-level policymakers as well as grassroots risk practitioners — members convene to explore both foundational concepts in risk and the specialized challenges encountered in real-world situations. The forum fosters a culture of high-level dialogue and cross-disciplinary insight, while also providing space for action-oriented collaboration on shared or emerging risk scenarios based on the CRAFT—the Collective Risk Action Framework and Toolkit.
As the primary platform for CRAFT initiatives, Risk Community facilitates discussions throughout each project and continues as a valuable network afterward, encouraging members to deepen engagement and broaden professional horizons.
Although still in its early stages, the community aims to expand its capacity for meaningful, real-world collaboration, drawing upon the proactive contributions of its members to ultimately become an indispensable resource for best practices and innovative tools in risk understanding, management and communication.
